RETURN POLICY:
In order to return a product, you must contact Monsieur T. immediately
upon receipt of your shipment either via email (Monsieurt@totinette.com)
or telephone (503-680-5723). Monsieur T. must receive the returned item,
including any original tags and receipts, within 7 business days after
notification
of your intent to return the item. Once Monsieur T. has received the
item in its original, unused condition, you will receive a credit for
the cost of the item. Shipping charges are non refundable.
The buyer assumes all responsibility for returning the product in its
original condition, includingincurred return shipping costs. Monsieur
T. is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.
EXCHANGES:
Exchanges may be made if the product is in its original, unused condition,
including any tags and receipts,and if it has not been more than 30
calendar days since the date of purchase.
Please contact Monsieur T. with your intent to exchange
the item. At that time, the item you wish to have in exchange will be
placed on hold until Monsieur T. has received the original item you purchased
and has verified that it is in its original, unused condition. If you
are unsure about which product you would
like in exchange Monsieur T. will issue a product credit. The buyer assumes
all responsibility for shipping costs. Monsieur T. is not responsible
for items lost or damaged during shipping.

the colors you see on your screen may appear differently than the colors

PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Money Orders:
If you would like to pay using a money order,
simply email me with the name of the item you would like. That item will
be placed on hold for you until I receive your payment. I will reply
to your email with an address to which you may send your money order.
If payment is not received within 7 business days, the item will be taken
off hold. Thank you!
